Mind: Breathe, relax and chill:
Join local studio Chill Chicago for guided meditation. They are hosting complimentary 10- to 15-minute Zoom sessions every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12:30 p.m., and IG LIVE sessions every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday at 9:00 a.m.
Headspace is providing a free series called “Weathering the Storm.” This series has guided meditations, sleep exercises, and movement exercises specific to stress related to COVID-19.
Note: Educators and health professionals working in public health can also get Headspace Plus for free during this time.

Reside Athletics is working hard to bring our weekly free classes to a virtual platform. Please head to our Virtual Class Calendar or our MINDBODY page to see the list of classes that residents can access virtually via Zoom! We are excited to provide a space for residents to work out together and connect with the communities they’ve built over time. These classes will be free for all residents and easy to access.
